It's something with the server traffic, not translation. It's already translated and ready to go, but the spotpass shit is so on fire in Japan that they can't run one for America. :/ To be honest, I could care less about having online connectivity if i coULD JUST FREAKING MA KE FLI PNOTES ALREADY
